What Is FinTech? The Basics

Generative AI is Artificial Narrow Intelligence (ANI)

Generative AI is in its infancy. It involves the use of artificial intelligence to generate original content, such as images, text, and music, using algorithms and machine learning techniques.

One example of generative AI is ChatGPT, a version released in December 15th that aims to make AI systems more natural and safe to interact with. Another example is “Portrait” by Vana, a generative art studio that can create self-portraits of individuals in an infinite number of styles.

While generative AI has the potential to revolutionise the way we create and consume content, it is important to recognise that this technology is still in its early stages and has a lot of room for growth and development. As with any new technology, there are also potential risks and ethical considerations to be taken into account.

Overall, it is an exciting time for generative AI as researchers and developers continue to explore its potential and push the boundaries of what is possible. It will be interesting to see how this technology evolves and how it will shape the future of creativity and communication.

I believe that the power of Generative AI when linked with huge amounts of unstructured data is going to be a revolution to the way we work, how we process, and how we make descisions.
